OUT OF THE END INC

The IRS lists disagree about this organization. The IRS automatic revocation list dated Sep 30, 2026 shows an automatic revocation on Nov 15, 2020 and no reinstatement after it. The IRS master file retrieved Jul 25, 2026 and IRS Publication 78 data dated Sep 10, 2026 list this organization. We show both and do not choose.

This organization files Form 990, which has no section for application policy. Its filings cannot say either way.

The latest filing we hold carries no statement about applications. That is not the same as closed: public-charity Form 990s have no field for it, and many foundations leave the section blank.
