The IRS automatically revoked this organization's tax-exempt status on May 15, 2019 (IRS automatic revocation list dated Sep 30, 2026). This organization has filed returns for tax years after the revocation date. The latest return we hold is for the year ending Dec 31, 2021. An organization that loses its tax-exempt status must still file, so later returns do not show that the IRS reinstated it. The application details below come from its FY2021 return.
The latest filing we hold carries no statement about applications. That is not the same as closed: public-charity Form 990s have no field for it, and many foundations leave the section blank.
No public data found The return gives no application instructions.
Application policy: Not stated in filings, as stated on the FY2021 return.
Application guidance comes from the funder's own Form 990-PF, Part XV (the section where a private foundation says how to apply), shown as filed. It is the funder's words, not ours. These fields are free text and the IRS form cuts them short. Filers sometimes put whole sentences in the contact-name box. Shown exactly as filed.
