Can I apply?
The IRS automatically revoked this organization's tax-exempt status on May 15, 2012 (IRS automatic revocation list dated Sep 30, 2026). This organization has filed returns for tax years after the revocation date. The latest return we hold is for the year ending Dec 31, 2020. An organization that loses its tax-exempt status must still file, so later returns do not show that the IRS reinstated it.
This organization files Form 990, which has no section for application policy. Its filings cannot say either way.
The latest filing we hold carries no statement about applications. That is not the same as closed: public-charity Form 990s have no field for it, and many foundations leave the section blank.
